Concurrent events are those with a status of published or open. Drafts, archived events, and closed events don't count toward your limit. So you can plan ahead and archive past events without worrying about your cap.

Never — M2819 takes no cut of any payment on any plan. M2819 doesn't process event payments at all: your church collects them however it likes (Venmo, Zelle, cash, check, GiveButter) and records them in M2819's ledger. The money never passes through us, so there's nothing for us to charge.

Yes, always. When a ministry invites your church to a partner event, your church joins free — your families register for that event and you see your own registrations and totals for it. Your Free plan also runs your own events with every feature. No upgrade required.

Yes. Upgrade instantly, downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. Switch between monthly and annual anytime. No contracts, no penalties. If you downgrade to Free, your data is preserved.

Extremely. Sensitive data (medical info, allergies, emergency contacts) is encrypted with AES-256 before it reaches the database. Each organization's data is isolated by default — on shared partner events, registrations roll up to the coordinating ministry (see our Privacy Policy). We never store payment card data — Stripe handles that.

Yes. Groups, meals, travel, payments, volunteers, communications — everything. The only limit is 1 concurrent event. No feature lockouts, no surprise paywalls.
